About this Project
PaCE entered into a partnership agreement with Astron Energy at their Cape Town Refinery, primarily to assist the Turnaround team with Project Controls Services and Contracts Management. The 2020 Turnaround will be the biggest of its kind on this refinery. We are also involved in an initiative to expand the Refinery’s Manpower control base through Integrated Project Management Systems development. It has been an insightful experience and we were pleasantly surprized by the high value placed on safety and mutual respect amongst Astron and its Service Providers.
