About this Project

PaCE has provided Project Controls Services to the Matla Life of Mine Program since 2018 by clearly conveying the project’s status and direction from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective.

The team examines trends on all areas within the project, which allows collaborative forecasting and mitigation of approaching risks which could potentially impact the project schedule or budget.

These trends are also clearly documented, to comprehensively record all facets of the project journey for future reference.
