Pace were able to advise the client at a very early stage of the intricacies of research and development and it’s effect on the project schedule and cost. We were able to use this to consistently deliver relevant information to project level, executive level, and ultimately board level. We were integral to the running of the project through all stages of execution, including the commissioning of the plant with the EPCM contractor.
