Sherona Misra

Sherona Misra holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy (Honours) both from the University of KwaZulu Natal. She completed her Articles of Clerkship at PricewaterhouseCoopers and thereafter filled various roles in Commerce and Industry, predominantly as Head of Finance.

Sherona lectured Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Management Accounting at the Pearson Institute of Higher Education (formerly known as Midrand Graduate Institute), a private tertiary institution which is part of Pearson South Africa.

In June 2015, she joined PaCE Services as the Financial Manager, playing a pivotal role in repositioning the finance function into a strategic business unit within the group. In 2019 she was appointed Financial Director and heads up the Finance, Company Secretarial and HR functions of the organisation.

Sherona’s enterprising and uncompromising work ethic together with her strong governance foundations have enabled her to transform the Finance and HR functions to be aligned with the growth and transformation objectives of the organisation.

Her proven interactions and delivery across a wide range of stakeholders including but not limited to the Auditors, Bankers, Legal advisors, clients, SARS and our field workers are testament to her stature within the organisation.
